Personal Training

Get individualised programmes and focused attention to work towards your personal goals. Personal Training includes an initial assessment and goal setting session, personalised training programmes, one-on-one sessions, goal and progress tracking, and programmes review.

Small Group Training

Share personal training sessions with your friends! Small group trainings are for groups of 2 to 4 people, and gets you great workout programmes taylored to your specific goals, so you get the benefits of personal training with the support and motivation of your team.

Group Classes

Join us for a fun and unique workout sessions! Starting from 14 August, I will be offering classes to members at Miki D’s Gym, including Calisthenics & Flow, and Handstand 101.

About me

My training journey started more than 30 years ago, from competing as a national level gymnast in Canada, to creating and performing a trapeze act with the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil. This led me naturally to coaching circus arts around the world for over a decade to people of all walks of life, from complete beginners to professional-level students.

To have a career as an acrobat, maintaining your body in optimal condition is essential, and I became a passionate body and movement geek! Over 30 years, I've accumulated a wide range of training tools and a deep understanding of biomechanics. My training involves plenty of calisthenics (body weight strength training), injury prevention, and mobility, to develop strong, coordinated, healthy, and resilient bodies.

My approach to exercise is one that is holistic and respectful of our bodies and minds. I believe that we can get strong and push our limits to our full potential, while building a relationship of respect and trust for our body.

For women, I offer training that is mindful of our unique physiology, including cycle-aware training. I work with nature, not against it, so that you can feel at home in your body.
